Collets SK

MicroCentric Quick-Change-Collets are produced as a complete unit and they are precision ground with a close tolerance. After that the collets are separated into segments and subsequently they are reassembled through vulcanization. The used gum is a NBR-mixture which is resistant against all commercial coolants and cutting oils.

MicroCentric collets are made out of high quality alloy steel and are hardened to 56-60 HRc. The gum–metal connection has an extreme long life. The sizes 42 until 140 are available with clamping bores as round, hexagonal, square or special profile. The drilling surface can be smooth or serrated.
