Air cylinder LDN-A

MicroCentric clamping cylinder LDN-A decreeds of a through bore of 27,0 mm for bar machining and a special screw in mechanical systems for collets.

The activation is pneumatic by a ball bearing mounted rotary distributor. Resulting of the pneumatic activation a smooth adjustment of the mounted clamping system is possible. The reliable design grants a permanent use of the cylinder on 6,000 rpm. Air pressure flows through the rotary air distributor into the cylinder chambers. The rotary distributor has a precision guide for smooth running.

On type LDZ-N the drawtube is axially adjustable, therefore minimising changeover time, when different clamping systems are to be used.
