Diaphragm vice MBS-N

The MBS-N vice series is a pneumatic operated vice with a built in air cylinder and coolant through the middle. For actuation of the chuck, compressed air got supplied via fittings to the cylinder. By reason of variation of the air pressure, workpieces could get clamped very sensitive and non-deforming according to several cases of applications, also with higher clamping forces. With the MBS-N vice associated with a clamping set, a high precise clamping got realized. Further it is possible, to use clamping sets for different workpieces which are requirering high accuracies.
