Quick change collet chuck CB-NK, axially moved collet

At the chuck series CB-NK the collets are   engaged directly in the drawtube connector. Through the operation of the clamping cylinder the drawtube moves axially backward. Thereby the collet is pulled into the cone of the chuck body and result is a radial clamping movement with simultaneous pull down effect of the workpiece.

Optional an axially fixed part stop can be installed in the chuck from the front. Because of that this series can be used for bar and chuck work.

 At the chuck designation the adapter plate size is given after the slash:

  • A6 means adapter plate according to DIN ISO 702-1 Size 6 (former DIN 55026)
  • 140 means adapter plate with cylinder pilot 140 mm

 Other adapter plate sizes are available on request
